What is Supported Living?

We support the person to maintain their tenancy and to live safely in their own home. We support with managing daily life including personal care, food preparation, shopping, taking medicines, accessing healthcare, budgeting and money management.

Is it only about support at home?

The service is much more than just support at home. We support people to keep in touch with their families, access leisure and community activities, volunteering and work opportunities.
We help and support the person to use public transport and travel on their own. We also encourage and support people to engage in their own community safely and as independently as possible.
